We are proud to share that True North has successfully achieved ISO certification in Quality, Environment, and Security, a landmark achievement that reflects many months of focused effort, collaboration, and commitment across all teams.
These certifications are far more than a formal recognition. They represent an international benchmark of excellence and confirm that our systems, processes, and practices meet globally recognized standards for:
Quality Management – ensuring consistency, reliability, and continuous improvement in how we deliver our services.

Security and Safety Management – strengthening our frameworks to protect our people, assets, and operations in complex and demanding environments.
The audit process was long and reached out to Maputo, Pemba and Palma, requiring discipline, transparency, and teamwork across departments and locations. Its successful outcome is a clear reflection of the professionalism, resilience, and sense of ownership demonstrated by our teams across all operational sites.
A special recognition is due to the QHSE team, whose dedication, technical rigor, and behind-the-scenes effort were fundamental in preparing the organization for certification. Their work, supported by the engagement of managers, supervisors, and staff at all levels, ensured that policies were not only documented but genuinely embedded in our daily operations.
Importantly, this achievement should be seen not as an endpoint, but as a first major step in our continuous improvement journey. ISO certification challenges us to maintain high standards, measure performance, address gaps proactively, and keep improving how we work—every day. In line with the auditors’ recommendations, targeted training sessions for supervisors and managers will be scheduled to further strengthen leadership, compliance, and operational excellence.
