The Palma Development Foundation (FPDP) is a Mozambican non-profit organization committed to making a positive impact on environmental sustainability, community well-being, and social equity in the Palma and Mocimboa da Praia Districts, through strategic partnerships, responsible resource management, and advocacy efforts aiming to collaborate to promote overall well-being, sustainable development, and the creation of opportunities for a brighter future.
FPDP envisions empowering vulnerable communities through improving livelihoods, education, vocational training, access to water, health and nutrition, and development of sustainable products. Our approach is community-based to reduce poverty and build resilient communities against social, economic and cultural risks as well as climate change.
